PiYo is the perfect blend of Pilates, Yoga, sports stretch, dance stretch, and athletics that will help you burn calories and build muscle! Challenge

"Therometer Jeans" Challenge

Challenge is almost completed. Most of us can do Fit Fabulous Female push ups on the ground!!!!  The results was amazing so far.  Remember to pat these hard working women on the back if you see them!
